Free Diet Plans Can Really Screw Up Your Health and Vitality!
If you've tried free diet plans that make you feel tired and run down or where afterwards you've gained weight back on, READ ON. It's not unusual with today's hectic pace of life. The demands on our time is a problem that can pose serious challenges to a person's long term health. No wonder we turn to quick fixes. But some of these free diet plans not only makes you fed up with your lack of energy - feel like your 'get-up-and-go' got-up-and-went! - but the increased risk of heart disease, certain types of cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure and stroke are all a consequence of not eating a nutritionally balanced diet.
Lack of time and eating healthy do not have to be opposing forces. It is possible to square the circle. The solution to low vitality and health complications arising from a poor diet should come through prevention and education rather than treatment.

Reviewing Free Diet PlansThe key to reviewing any diet plan has to be the degree to which it has all your vital nutritional needs covered. It should leave you with a feeling of overall wellness, not a feeling of lethargy and deprivation! However, this can make some diets extremely hard to follow or ridiculously expensive to shop for - lean meats and organic is best to ensure you get the maximum nutritional value out of what you eat, but these foods don't come cheap.
When you're reviewing any weight loss diet, have a go at rating the plan on a scale of 1 to 5 against criteria such as simple vs complex, cheap vs expensive or fad & bad vs nutritional. Basically anything that isn't simple and cheap, compared to what you normally do and spend, you aint gonna stick to anyhow! But some things look simple and are pretty much free to do, but are terribly bad for you. So watch out, common sense and all that ... Here's a little table you can recreate on a piece of paper to do your ratings ... I've done a couple of examples to get you started ... For a healthy weight loss diet, YOU SHOULD AIM FOR 1s and 2s across the board, i.e. NO 4s and 5s. | DIET PLAN | How Easy it it? 1(simple) to 5 (complex) | How Much will it Cost? 0(free),1(cheap) to 5 (expensive) | Is it Healthy? 1(high nutrition) to 5 (poor mix) | Does it Control Hunger & Cravings? 1(excellent) to 5 (poor) | | Herbalife diet | 1 | 2 | 1 | 1 | | Slimming club | 3 | 3 | 3 | 3 | | Grapefruit diet | 2 | 1 | 5 | 5 | | ? | | | | |
Some diet plans are quite down-to-earth, but others can only be described as horrendously complicated and bad for your health. A 3 day super low calorie diet is fine for a detox and to kick start your weight loss, but you wouldn't want to stay on it!
